No morning sickness :(

I took 4 home tests last Saturday and then went to my regular doctor ( 10/13) and she did a urine test and it was positive as well. I get an ultrasound november 11th and then OB nov 17th. I haven't been sick. I was nauseous like 10/9-10/11 but that's it. I work overnight so could it be that I'm sleeping during it? Lol idk it's weird but it has me scared that I haven't been sick. According to my lmp I am 6w4d...
