Sharing the good news with sensitive friend

My very good friend has been trying to get pregnant for the last 8 years. They have tried everything and currently on round 3 of IVF. She's incredibly sensitive and gets upset when other women announce their pregnancies. She has also avoids social occasions where she knew a pregnant woman would be present. I want to share the news with her but  don't know what to say or how to say it. We have been friends for 20 years and I don't want to be insensitive, but I also want to be happy and share the news with our circle of friends.
