Ok so i woke up in really bad pain i couldnt move a inch my back hurts really bad my sides have sharp pains in them and it feel like i haven't ate in days i feel all shaky and my body just really hurt im 13 weeks but havent been to a doctor due to no transportation and mother lying to.me saying i do and i do have medical insurance

Call the public transportation, like bus station. Tell them your situation, that you need to see a doctor but can't afford a taxi, and see if they can help with the no transportation. If you have no insurance, go to the health department, and they should be able to help you sign up for pregnancy medicaid if you qualify. See a doctor hun. And as for this pain issue, go to the ER.
