Report a doctor
So I live in pa and I want to report a doctor so July I had surgery on my shoulder and so I'm telling him I have shooting pain down my are as well as my hand goes numb so he's not concerned about that and it's not his problem your the freaking person who did the surgery really oh so I need to turn him in asap
