hi I just got my 1st AF over the summer and im on my 2nd now after 2 mo? and im just wondering any tips for AF or just teens and hs and life.

I honestly enjoyed curling up in bed and reading a book after school, the first two days. Then after that, I hung out with everyone because I was in a better mood lol. Do what's comfortable for you. High school can be a stressful yet fun time. Join groups if you can. Make awesome friendships. Live your life.

The day before and the first day are worst for me. I usually try to gracefully bow out of whatever plans I may have had those days, spend time relaxing and resting. And a heating pad for my back.

Next couple days are no big deal, especially using a menstrual cup. Life as usual. I luck out though, my period is only about 3 days. Can't complain.

Nestle down and listen to what your body needs, many women feel more introverted during those flow, or at least on certain days during it. So take time to relax, journal, bubble bath and be cozy. I really enjoy some hot cocoa or tea, a hot back and a good book to just relax. Hope you enjoy your moon cycle, it can be a great time of self care and self reflection if you let it be!:) <3
