How long to wait after having a D&C to get pregnant?

Had a D&C oct 8th and my doc told me to wait 6 months is this right?

I had a d&c I was 12 weeks and my doc told me to wait 12 weeks before trying again hope this helps

I hope not! Haha no thats not true, i got pregnant two months later and im now four months along with a little boy. The general consensus is wait one cycle xxx

I had a D&C and waited 6 weeks for the physical healing, then tried again  and got pregnant right soon after. My dr wanted me to wait 6months to emotionally heal, but I talked it over with my SO and a few others and we decided not to wait. Best of luck!

I had a miscarriage and one doc told me two months (the doc who did the D&C) and another (Perinatologist) told me three months.
