Scared :(

I had my mirena IUD removed on Sept. 22 and completed one (unsuccessful) cycle. I used opk's so I know I ovulated and we had sex every other day during my fertile week. I've also been drinking fertilitea daily. Unfortunately, AF showed up right on time. My period only lasted about 5 days and it was super painful but flow wasn't too heavy. I'm on Day 11 of my cycle now and all of a sudden I'm apparently starting my period again. Ugh. This was my #1 fear.

I'm 27 years old and for the most part I've been on birth control basically since I was about 13. Any time I have gone off of it for any length of time I would get never-ending horrific periods. This was my biggest fear for ttc. How can I get pregnant like this? I don't know what to do. I'm afraid the only thing my doctor will suggest is another operation. My last lap was 4 years ago.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Any ideas? I just need to hear from ladies who understand this endometriosis hell. I hate feeling alone, like no one understands. :(
