pregnant or late because stressed?

However I've never been regular, my period comes at random times and I've been super stressed out this whole week

I'm scared because one time when I was having sex the condom ripped but right when it ripped he pulled out (never came inside me) and It was during my fertile week.

Please help me I don't want to be pregnant and I don't have any of the symptoms so I don't know
