What is your contraception method (for those not ttc)?

I'm curious as to who uses contraception, and who uses more effective forms of contraception. I personally have the Mirena and my previous male partner used condoms during my fertile window.

I mainly use the pill but not for contraception purposes. I use it to regulate my pcos

I am using FAM, MY SO doesn't like condoms at all, so I got a diaphragm hates that even less. Our sex life has pretty much diminished because we went back to condoms, which he still hates, he just hates them less. I am thinking about trying a bigger diaphragm just not looking forward to throwing away the money.

I have rectal just came off the pull and decided that barrier methods are the best way to go for me and my body. Just wish my boyfriend would be happy that I am physically feeling better by not being on anything (It could just be my imagination, but I do)
