Tender Breasts and TTC

I am a week shy until I should be expecting my next (hopefully missed) period since TTC and (hopeful) conception. And tonight I started noticing my breasts are pretty sore. I'm not one to ever have sore breasts around the time of my period even during, it's very rare. They don't seem to be too sore to the touch at all just a little sore while just relaxing. It's so hard to describe as a feeling so I don't know what to look for when I read about "tender breasts" in articles..  Is it something I should consider a "symptom" for possible pregnancy?
