Help Ladies ? : Pregnant and sick.

Question

Hello everyone! Im 22 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and i have a cold? 
Cough, runny nose, soar troat, & alot of snezzing. I can't handle it anymore, What can I drink medicines/home remedies to help me out? I want something safe that won't hurt my baby boy? I haven't taken anything & this is my 3rd day being sick? Please help me out, mommies and mommies to be?

I was like this a couple of month back and I drank a lot of hot water with honey and lemon juice, also sucked on throat sweets and took paracetamol along with plenty of bed rest. It's good to take warm baths and get into bed and sweat the cold out of you. It's not going to work over night but it does help. I now drink the honey and lemon everyday to prevent feeling like this again during pregnancy and so far it's worked. Hope you feel better soon x
