Slightly Bleeding (TMI w/ Pic)

So this is my first pregnancy and I'm currently 8 wks+ 1 day. I'm terrified with every little thing that happens. I've read so much and I'm scaring myself but I just want reassurance that I'm okay. I started bleeding last night. It doesn't come out but when I wiped it was a slight pink color on the toilet tissue. Anyone experience this? I've had very minor pains but nothing too scary. My doctors appt isn't til 11/4 so should I wait or go sooner?
