is it implantation or period bleeding?

So today at 3:45pm, I went to the bathroom & wiped. I saw little tiny drops of blood on the toliet paper. Was supposed to get my period yesterday according to glow, but I'm also irregular and get them every few months. And I haven't had any more "bleeding". any ideas?!

We're in the same boat! Lol same thing with me but AF isn't due for another 3-4 days. (10dpo) (This has never happened before) but I know implantation is soo rare. So idk! Haha take a test and if it's neg and still not here within a few days test again, then go to the doctor. :) good luck!
