Do you let people smoke around your child?

People think I'm crazy because I ask them to leave or walk away with my child when someone is smoking even in the middle of a conversation asthma runs high on both sides of my sons genes and I don't want to take any chance of him getting it! Does anyone else have this problem or just me?

No. I would never allow anyone around my kids that smoke.

Never and if they are really your friend they will understand. It is healthier not to smoke around them.

My mom always did when my brother and I were with her, but I wouldn't follow the same trend if I were to have children (or smoke). I vividly remember hating the smell and always being cold from the windows and doors always being open.

I don't even let people smoke around me. So when I have kids it will be the same.

I smoke but not around my kids. I don't smoke inside or in the car and only go out for one if they're inside. If they come out while I'm outside, I go to another area of the garden.

I'm a smoker and so are a few of my friends. No one is allowed to smoke in my house or car. The only time I do smoke is if I'm out running errands without him.
