Stupid question

This is from my 8w3d ultrasound last week. I can totally tell now that it's a baby (it was a blob at 7w lol) but I have NO IDEA which side is the head. Also, any idea which side the placenta is forming on? I think it's the upper left but I'm not sure. My doctor spent about 5 minutes with me last visit & didn't explain anything really :/ she said little baby is healthy with a heart rate of 162 :) but nothing else lol
