Help please read

So im already paranoid whenever I sleep bc of my moms boyfriend sexually abusimg me well anyway tonight I woke up to hearing something moving at the foot of my bed then I hop up turn on the light bc well usually my tv is on well not tonight and I didnt shut it off anyway I keep hearin things and im like bawling right now cuz im so scared ive texted my boyfriend but hes not answerin I mean I dont excpet him to but yea ... someone please help im kinda freakimg out what do I do
