My first prenatal apt...

Well second time around, but I forget when they typically do a first sonogram? Do they do early ones before 12 weeks if only something is wrong? I have a FVL clotting disorder, found out I had it 5 months pregnant with my first I had it so all of my pregnancies are considered high risk now; just started my lovenox shots. I know I'll be getting my rhogam shot too bc I'm a negative blood type. Do you think I'll get one early? Do you hear the heart beat your first apt too? I'll be 6 weeks exactly on Thursday for my appointment.
