36 weeks! TMI ?

Okay so I am officially 36 weeks? a couple days ago I had a little scare and had to go to the hospital because baby hadn't moved in 2 days, no matter what I did to provoke him. But baby was okay and I was sent home. Throughout my pregnancy I've been constipated( which I'm told is normal lol) but out of nowhere this last week I've had quite the opposite problem and have been experiencing diarrhea? At first it was quite relieving but now it's just uncomfortable and accompanied by really bad cramps and back pain. Anyone else experience this in the third trimester?
