What do you ladies think about these "myths":

1) that in order for the sperm to get to the cervix after sex you have to lift your pelvis in the air

2) not stand up for at least 15 minutes after sex

3) not using the bathroom for 15 minutes after sex

???

Hubby and I did the BD this morning but I had to get to work so I couldn't follow any of these "myths".... just wondering

Ps, I say "myths" bc I've read a million different ones saying a million different things so idk what to believe
