Anything for Sciatic Nerve pain?!!! ?

Something has triggered my sciatica today! To the point where it hurts to sit, lay, walk or anything!! I'm almost 30 weeks... Has anyone found any kind of relief for it?? I'm desperate! Very hard taking care of my 2 year old with it! Uhhh

Stretching and warm Epsom salt baths help me, as well as regular visits to my RMT...

thot of something else:  when u are moving around or walking, tighten your core.

From the kegels to the belly button. (not ur buttocks or back) This really helps me.

ugh, that's the worst!!!

I go by the assumption that something aggravated it, so the only thing I can do is completely relax my back (lay down on firm bed, not smooshy couch & don't sit).  Maybe movie day for baby?

Tylenol can help too.  Little bit of ice, little bit of heat?  Wait for the swelling to go down as much as you can before moving around too much again.  Good luck!

I'm 34 weeks & have had sciatic pains for about 3 days. I have tried tylenol, warm showers & nothing helps. it wince in pain every time I move : (
