HELP ME PLEASE !!!

So I've missed my period 3 or 4 days. Last month I had a weird 2day off and on period. Wake up and take a test ... and its negative... I don't know what to do ... we have been trying for over a year now than this happens. I don't know what do to . Please help !!!!! From Brit
