How and when to buy a nursing bra ?

First time mom. Sorry. Just wondering how and when can I order a nursing bra? How will I know what sizes?
I started out as a 34c and now am in a 36DD but continuing to grow?

I bought one that was on sale for 10$ in a few sizes bigger. I will get some after my milk comes in.

It's best to wait until after you have established breastfeeding, so a couple weeks. It's amazing how much bigger they will get once your milk comes in so it's hard to size properly beforehand.

I heard that you should go to a maturnity clothing store at the beginning of your 9 th month and get fitted for one and get one that doesn't have underwire and after baby comes wait two weeks and go back and get fitted again and get a couple more
