Soy isoflavones?

Has anyone tried this for ovulation? I've been reading a lot of positive things and started it yesterday.

I tried it this cycle as well, on days 3-7. I'm currently on CD 24 with no positive OPK yet.

I know we all ready many different things but I read in the fertility and pregnancy magazine that soy is very bad for ttc
