Does anyone has PCOS?

My period has been irregular for the past few months! Sometimes it takes me 58 days to have a period? Other times go an entire month without having my period? My other symptoms includes weight gain, facial hair growth, being tired. Has anyone been diagnosed with PCOS? If whaf what where the test done to get tested for PCOS?

They will give you an ultrasound and sonogram and see if your ovaries have cysts they will size them and then ask you to come back if they are still there and the size is larger or the same they will start you out with a certain birth control. This will then be checked every 2-4 months with the ultrasound and sonogram to make sure they aren't growing to operable sizes. Warning they will rupture on their own and this is very painful. I have had PCOS since I started my period on top of endometriosis so I have become like an expert

They'll do like 7 or so blood tests. Like every hormone prolactin, testosterone (which pcos usually produces more than any other), fsh, progesterone, estrogen, thyroid and idk the last one but those are what all they checked on me.
