Baby hearing in the womb?

Question

When can baby hear things from inside and outside the womb? An app I have that is the Bounty app (the company that the NHS use for pregnancy guidence) say 15 weeks but I'm sure it's more like 25-28weeks.

Any one else know the proper gestation?
