I used gas and electric and I have always thought gas seems to heat foods a lot faster.Most turkeys will have those button things that pop out, with directions on how long to cook per weight of the turkey. Or you could use a meat thermometer
How to bake using an electric oven
OK, so ladies I've never baked a while chicken or turkey in a gas or even an electric oven, and I want to make turkey for this thanksgiving, but where I live our stove is electric, so my question how much if a difference is it from baking it in a gas stove? How long, what spices to use, would the foil burst into flames, idk, it will be my first time so please any advice would be great! TIA!
