Does any one else have bad acne?

I'm 21 and I have acne still. I have tried lots of different products like proactive and organic face washes. I just want to feel more confident in myself.

Been bad since I was about 13. I was always told that the older you get the more it'll go away. It hasn't happened for me yet :/ (I'm 20)

I dont have bad acne on my face now because i think im growing out of it but i still get spots. The major ptoblem for me is getting really bad acne on my back and neck and chest. It sucks because i have to hide it and it isnt so easy to just put a bikini on and go out to the beach without worrying because like no one else has it. I got a birth control pill that helps with getting rid of the acne over a month ago. It hasn't done much though. 
If your acne is the kind that you get on your cheeks and not just your t zone, maybe you should consider using acutane or some kind of surgery to help it. See your doctor about it and do some research.
