Chafing & yeast infection?

This is kindof gross/TMI, but I'm kindof miserable here. I've recently had a little bit of vaginal itching which I believe is a developing yeast infection. Along with that, I had fb 8 hour shift today at work and by the end of it i was dying from chafing. Embarrassing, but right in Between my butt cheeks. Is this from a yeast infection? Anti chafe cream has sort of worked but has only provided very temporary relief. Anyone else had this??
