Fighting for his attention

I'm not sure how long its been going on. But.... I just realized this this weekend or maybe it just started. My boyfriend and I have a long distance relationship and we see each other almost every 2 weeks. This weekend he's stopped texting me less. Everything is an excuse of why he didn't text me. I just want someone to talk to me. And he gets rude when I say he won't talk to me. But I litterly feel like I have to fight for his attention now all the time. It wasn't like this before. What should I do?
