Trying to avoid stretch marks ??

A lot of my friends who have gotten pregnant have stretch marks on their belly , thys and inner thy .. I'm not perfect I wasn't always skinny and I have my share but how do I prevent a lott of stretch marks during my pregnancy ? What do I use ? I seriously have a fear of being judge because I have them and I don't want to scare my future hubby away .. If I ever get married .

Stretch marks are more genetics than anything else, but dry brushing and any ultra moisturizing cream, lotion, or oil will help. My mom has stretch marks, but my 38 week pregnant sister doesn't have a single mark.

Just make sure you stay moisturized. Coconut oil is good and keeps you moisturized for longer. You just have to find what your skin likes and keep up with it. They are also partially genetic.  But even if you have them it's not anything to be ashamed of!

Honestly there is no prevention its all about your skin. Some peoples skin has more elasticity than others. All you can really do it keep your skinvery  moist all the time.

BUT it has to do with hydrated. Stay up on fluids and moisturizer and you should be okay!(: congrats on your baby.

My Bestfriend has always been really small. Like besides her face & boobs you would think she's twelve. & her stomach grew very large during pregnancy. To prevent stretch marks she simply refrained from scratching whenever her stomach itched & it worked. She didn't use creams or anything. I'm not sure if it works for everyone but it's worth a try! :)
