So I've had anal sex once accidently in the shower thankfully. My current s/o is interested in anal sex but I'm terrified.  I've read I need lube, condoms, relaxation and trust but are there any pointers or tips on how to be comfortable about this??

Make sure to be fully aroused, in the right state of mind and dont think about pain. Just pleasure.

I hadnt done it for a while because we didnt have the time for that (i like to spend a good while making sure that my bf ends up having at least two fingers in with enough lube, starting out real slow then gently going faster until im sure im ready. Then with a lot more lube, water based, he goes in without me feeling any pain). Sometimes i prefer it over vaginal penetration tbh, just cause it gets really hot ;)

Too much lube for anal especially is never enough.

I would recommend getting a smaller sized dildoe or a butt plug of some kind and work up to the size of his penis.
