Boyfriend problems!

Okay so I've been dating this guy for almost 3 months now. He wakes up in the morning and goes to the store to get a drink and don't come home until dark. And he just leaves and never invite me to go anywhere?? He'll always leaves me at home and just leave for the WHOLE day!! Well we were laying in bed one day and I seen he was messaging this girl, this girl asked if she could wear his letter men's jacket?  And he said yeah u can wear it. But they were like flirting. Also (We live together). He never takes showers at home he will always leave an then smell clean when he gets home? And I'll ask him if he showered today and he'll say yeah and I'll say where because it wasn't here at home and he'll say a friends and won't tell me exactly where at. What's going on with this picture?  Anyone else thinks it's weird??
