I'm scared there will be no heartbeat.
Hi everyone I'm new here. My ultrasound is about two weeks away. I am 10wks 2days and I am terrified that when I go for my scan my baby won't be there. I have had no spotting or bleeding & my mild cramps stopped at 7weeks. Any reassurance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies.
