What's the best time of day to check CM and cervix position?

I can't find much on the internet.

I wish there was more Responses. 
cp changes throughout the day.. so it's necessary to always check at the same time..
but in the mornings it's different than at night.. which position should I track? because it makes a big difference...
if o track morning it's almost always high, 
if I track at night it's almostalways low....?

Answer

Good question. I don't think it matters. Some people prefer morning or night or whenever they shower (may be easier). But as long as it's fairly consistent, any time should be fine.
