You have to chart it. You have to take your temp every morning before you move and log it in glows temp chart. You have to chart for a month or so to get an accurate chart. There is no one temp means your pregnant. Every one is different and has different temperatures. When you chart it you can see if it trends up or down. If that makes sense.
