TTC number one with septated uterus!

My husband and I are TTC are first baby! We've been honestly trying since August. Caught a snag in the plan when I had a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst that ruptured. Had a couple more that developed and ruptured but now we are all clear on that front so we're starting all over again! We are unsure whether my septated uterus will cause fertility issues or will just cause me to have to deliver via c-section! Fingers crossed for a baby soon!
