Should I be worried ?

Ok so my last period ended on the 19th and I had sex the 21st, I have extreme anxiety so I freak out with the smallest things, this is only my 3rd time having sex and two days later I felt pinching in the abdomen and a bit of cramps, then I had sex twice on veterans day, a day before my expect period and it's almost a week late. But I have irregular periods, so my periods are all over the place. I have never had unprotected sex. Always with a condom but what if some fell on the bed? Or got on his fingers taking it off? Idk I feel as if I'm tricking my own body that I'm pregnant when I'm really not , help
