I had pain severe pain in that area my senior year in high school. It hurt so bad it took my breath away. My mom rushed me to the ER thinking it was my appendix. I didn't have appenditis, but I did have an ovarian cyst rupture. Worst pain in my life! If you're concerned, see a doctor.

It is close to your appendix so I would keep an eye on it..or it could be an ovary. Maybe a cyst?

You may need a laxative...I get cramps there when it's constipation/gas

Your intestines. If you're constipated and have a block in that area, that makes total sense. Constipation can cause intense abdominal pain and can show almost anywhere in your belly. I'm sure you've done this already, but take a laxative. Or an enema.
