Opinions needed please..

I understand evaps, have googled them, but I have not seen an evap Like this before. Took the test, looked like a dye run so I set it on the counter & did some errands. An hour later when I got home I seen this, so not sure how long it actually sat before this showed up, out of tests lol otherwise I would retest. Thanks!!
