Plan b , does it work and what does it do ??

I had sex with my partner this morning and we used a condom but when I was leaving this morning he told me the condom broke and that I need the plan b I'm scared I'm not ready for kids . So I'm buying it today when I get off does it really work and what does it do ??

Basically it will cause you to have your period. It works by shedding your uterine lining leaving No where for a fertilized egg to implant.  There are some situations where it might not work but it's very rare. Also have you thought about getting on some type of birth control since you're not ready for kids. There are tons of different choices. But being on birth control is better than stressing after sex. Good luck!

Yes it works! Best if you take it the day of or the next morning, after 3 days the chances of it working drops quite a lot, it will just be a couple of pills and that's it. They might make you feel a little sick but they never did for me :)

It works if your take it asap. Last time I used the plan b it made me feel dizzy & really irritable a few hours later and it never did that in the past & the feeling lasted on and off all day.

In my experience, it works best if you use it RIGHT after sex, so far so good, not pregnant
