Hot water method

So I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not but if I am I would be 4weeks. Today I took a really hot bath (hot enough to make my skin red and make me feel dizzy from low blood pressure). I took a hot bath 3 times today all within the last three hours. Each time I got dizzy and red skin. Would this kill the fetus if there is one? Would it already be dead? No mean comments about trying to get rid of baby please
