Is this real??

I'm flipping out!! I had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on November 6th, took a test three days ago and it was negative. And this test is from today, 13DPO. I think it's positive, I can't get the smile off my face!!! It's faint but I think that means positive!
