Should I lose weight?

I'm 5'6 and I weigh 136-139 lbs. I'm not very happy with my love handles and stomach. My boyfriend says I look good but I don't know if he's just being nice. Should I lose weight?

Hit those weights! It will tighten and tone, doesn't sound like you need to lose weight but build muscle :)

I think your weight is fine!! I voted yes because it's your decision. If you think losing 5lbs will make you feel happier then go for it. You can get toned without losing weight. Good luck!

I would do some yoga, Pilates or barre workout to tone and tighten without losing much weight
