Is it wrong I feel this way??

So my boyfriend used to addicted to meth pretty bad...but he's got clean...he's been clean for almost 2 years...So my boyfriends mom does meth. Well he went to go stay a few days with her. Well I'm okay with him spending time with his mom but I rather him not spend days with her cause of her drug problem... And I'm scared that she might talk him into doing it again. I trust him...but I don't trust his mom(&step dad)

So am I over reacting, or do you think I have a reason to think this??

Just talk to him about your concerns. You have a right to be concerned. My bf had a bad cocaine problem not once but 2x. The last time was while we were together almost 3 years ago. Him and his best friend would get into trouble. So I would always get scared when he would hang out with his best friend. But they actually have helped each other become clean. And I helped him through his tough time.

Same thing with my SO and his mom except with pills. He talks to his mom on the phone but he NEVER goes there by himself. We will visit as a family. My SO went through rehab right before we got together and has been clean since (2 years and I'm so proud of him). He's been put in situations where he's been offered ( his mom once when he went to visit by himself and a couple friends) but says no. His mom kinda put some pressure on him so he called me for advice. I told him be firm with her and if she couldn't respect that then he had to leave. My SO will ALWAYS be a recovering addict. He will ALWAYS have the urge to partake. But ultimately it's his CHOICE to use or not. I have to trust in him to make the right decision.
