Trying to see if we need to change things up if we don't get pregnant this month, but we are only on month 2 of TTC baby #1.

6 weeks pregnant today and we religiously used pre-seed. Regular lubes can slow sperm or even kill them. Pre-seed is very similar to your natural lubrication so it is the perfect lube to use when trying to conceive.
