TTC after a miscarriage

Hi! I had a d&c 11/11 the sac was measuring 6 weeks 5 days. I really want to start trying ASAP and it is really all I think about and is pretty much the only thing that makes me snap out of being sad. My husband on the other hand is not wanting to try again and keeps saying things like I like our life right now ect ect we both wanted a big family we wanted at least two more children (currently have 6, & 2 year olds) I know my dh is just worried and doesn't want to put me through that pain again. But I'm ready! How do I make him ready? Anyone else go through this? & I know it hasn't been that long yet but still!!!
