So so so confused!

So I'm NEVER as in NEVER late on my period. I'm actually almost always early according to glow. But this month I am way late. I was supposed to start on the 18th. Here it is the 22nd and still no bfp. I am 12 dpo. On the 18th I took this test and got a super duper faint line but from then on have gotten nothing but bfn's. I've even been using the early response tests since then. What do you think this could be?
