Period late.. & spotting

Hey ladies need help.. Well my last period was on sept 24 2014.. It lasted for a week and since then havent gotten my period.. I'm late on my period.. Had no period of October. I usual have reg periods but this time is different.. On November the 20 I've been light spotting.. (On and off) should I be concerned?? I'm 22 and married and have one kid.. I had intercourse this week and was spotting and is not cool not a turn on..
