Has anyone experienced weight loss due to being on the pill?

I am wanting to get down to a healthier weight. I just started taking BC again after several years, and remembered that I had lost weight while on it. I was wondering if this had happened for other people. Wondering if balanced hormones from the meds caused weight loss.

It's not the same but I couldn't put weight on when on the pill. I took it from 16-21 and I was always 8stone. I are loads and tried to gain weight but just couldn't. Once I came off over the next year I shot up to 9.5stone

What kind of birth control are you on?

BC had no effect on my weight, but I have heard it can make women gain weight. Lucky you if it helps you lose weight! I read that research shows hormonal BC can make it harder for women to gain muscle, which is essential for fat loss, so it appears it would make it harder to lose weight.
