Major sharp pains

I've been havin sharp pains in my stomach. It starts in the middle then goes to my left and right side. I feel very nauseous, like someone is pushing on my stomach, my throat is red but not hurting a lot & my back hurts (but that's all the time). My daughter just got over the flu so maybe I have that????
